Michelle Wahlgren, CEO

We Bring It On, Inc. (WBIT) is a strategic business, technology, and sustainability consultancy firm specializing in the live entertainment and sports industries.  The firms CIO, Michelle Wahlgren (featured left above) and CSO, Jennifer Regan (featured right above) are a mother and daughter team who have been working together since 2007 and in the Sports & Entertainment Industry since 2000.

As Principal & Chief Information Officer for We Bring It On, Inc. Michelle Wahlgren’s area of specialty is the alignment of solutions and operations to the needs of the business with expertise in implementing change and leading transformation within high growth organizations.

Prior to opening We Bring It On, Inc. in 2010, Michelle was the CIO of Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG) where she was responsible for the technology required to support business operations across AEG’s 100+ facilities worldwide, as well as the technology required to support all of AEG’s corporate divisions worldwide, including that of AEG LIVE. In 2010, AEG was recognized as the world’s largest owner of sports teams and sports events, the owner of the world’s most profitable sports and entertainment venues, and under AEG Live the world’s second largest presenter of live music and entertainment events after Live Nation.

Previous positions held by Michelle were Information Systems Manager for the Western Region of Ticketmaster Corp, Sr. Project Manager of Ticketmaster Corp, Manager of Secondary Marketing for Westcoast Savings and Loan, and Assistant Vice President, Sales and Training Manager for Security Pacific Bank.

Jennifer Regan, CSO

As Principal & Chief Sustainability Officer of We Bring It On Inc., Jennifer Regan works with decisions makers, entrepreneurs and influencers at the worlds leading companies, start-ups and non-profit organizations to integrate their values into their work to increase their effectiveness and impact as purpose driven leaders and mission driven organizations. 

Jennifer developed a mastery of change management, coaching, facilitation and leadership over 10 years as a thought leader in corporate social responsibility and the greening of the sports and entertainment industry, where she worked with the biggest brands in live entertainment to integrate environmental and social sustainability practices into their daily operations, employee engagements and customer activations. She found the one consistent factor of success was to motivate and inspire an individual to connect their values to the organizations goals and seize the opportunity to lead change in their organization, ultimately changing the way the individual related to their work and their community.

Strategically focused with exceptional leadership skills, Jennifer is effective at coaching high-performance teams and leading change in competitive and growth oriented business environments. She specializes in executive and leadership coaching for individuals and capacity building, employee engagement and customer activation for impact and mission driven organizations. She specifically supports individuals in infusing their passions and values into their existing roles and responsibilities to lay the foundation for what’s next in their company or career.  She has completed over 2,000 hours of training as a coach and facilitator at Mastery in Transformational Training and Effectiveness Dimensions. 

Jennifer continues to serve as a thought leader in CSR and greening of the Sports and Entertainment Industry as the Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee of the Green Sports Alliance.
